RealNetworks Unveils RealPresenter G2 Tool

RealNetworks (http://www.realnetworks.com) today released the shipping versions of RealPresenter G2 and RealPresenter Plus G2, software tools that help users convert PowerPoint shows into streaming presentations.

Also announced today was the launch of its RealPresenter G2 Speaker Series, a forum for showcasing presentations by net executives. The first presentations will be Guy Kawasaki of Garage.com.

The series will feature RealPresenter presentations on topics that deal with the Internet. Future speakers include Doug Busch, CTO of Intel Corporation, Robert Levitan, CEO of Flooz.com, the online gift currency, and (naturally) Rob Glaser, chairman and CEO of RealNetworks.

RealPresenter Plus G2 includes over 5,000 pieces of clipart, provided by Getty Images. Additionally, Logitech will be distributing the RealPresenter G2 with its PC camera products and three ISPs, Globix, NextVenue and StreamPipe.com, are providing free hosting for 60 days for RealPresenter Plus G2 customers.

RealPresenter G2 is available for free while RealPresenter Plus G2 is $69.95.
