SpikeRadio Joins Apple's QuickTime TV Network

SpikeRadio (http://www.spikeradio.com) announced it has joined Apple's QuickTimeTV network which highlights live and on-demand QuickTime streaming audio and video.

SpikeRadio is a radio network targeting the youth market. It will add a customized QuickTime Player to its site.

"The Quicktime network provides SpikeRadio with significantly increased distribution and audience reach, another important step in SpikeRadio's move toward establishing a global brand for youth-oriented convergent media content," said C. Chris O'Hanlon, SpikeRadio's executive chairman.

SpikeRadio launched on August 1, 1999.
