Voquette and iBeam Partner

Voquette, Inc. (www.voquette.com), a provider of rich media information solutions, and iBEAM Broadcasting Corp. ( www.ibeam.com), a global streaming media network, have teamed up to focus on serving Fortune 1000 companies.

Under the agreement the companies will market a complete solution for corporations looking to add or enhance financial audio services. Voquette touts its platform, the Voquette Media Service (VMS), as a solution that enables businesses to create, manage, personalize and deliver business-critical audio information for wireless access. This solution will be combined with iBEAM's Activecast interactive webcasting capabilities.

This move is in line with Voquette's move away from consumer services to an enterprise focus announced in November 2000.
