Windows 8 Brings a More Immersive Video Environment: Microsoft
Later this month, Microsoft will launch Windows 8 and with it a "richer, more immersive experience" for consumers, presenting new opportunities for video producers and advertisers, says Microsoft spokesperson Bill Hankes in this interview with Beet.TV.
The new look and feel (via the touch interface) of Web video will be debut on MSN when the new operating system launches, Hankes says. He describes the interface as Windows-like.
Beet.TV spoke with Hankes at the IAB MIXX advertising conference held this week in Manhattan.
