Yack's Listings to be Distributed to British Telecommunications

Yack (http://www.yack.com) said today it signed a deal with British Telecommunications (BT) to provide its event listings to BT's Internet properties.

"We are extremely excited about bringing Yack's broad range of Internetevent listings to the millions of BT customers in the United Kingdom," saidJeff Morris, President & CEO of Yack.

Yack has previously made inroads into Europe with a deal with communications company World Online International.

Yack's other European distribution deals include co-branded sites withleading UK Internet service providers FreeServe and Madasafish, high-speedentertainment portal Switch2it.com from Edison Interactive and Handbag.com,a women's portal.

Last week Yack said it was acquiring competing event guide Channelseek (http://www.channelseek.com). Further details about the acquisition weren't announced.
