eSynch Helps Out Streamedia

eSynch (www.esynch.com), a provider of streaming services and software, announced it has provided financial assistance to consulting and content company, Streamedia Communications ( www.streamedia.net)

Terms of the deal weren't announced, but the companies said Streamedia will receive additional financing to support its current business services, while leveraging its client and tradeshow base to introduce eSynch's streaming products. In addition, the companies also agreed to begin sharing hosting and marketing resources.

Currently, Streamedia utilizes eSynch's media player, ChoiceCaster, to feature its recently acquired independent film destination site, BijouCafe.com. "Streamedia has built a valuable asset in its partner and client network," said Tom Hemingway, chief executive officer of eSynch, in a statement. "We plan to leverage our experience and strategic relationships to ensure Streamedia reaches its goal."
