Media 100 Completes Merger With Digital Origin
Media 100 (http://www.media100.com) said Tuesday it completed its merger with Digital Origin (
http://www.digitalorigin.com), a digital video (DV) editing software company.
It is combining Digital Origin's EditDV and IntroDV software with its own streaming media applications like Media Cleaner.
The companies announced the merger on December 28, 1999 issuing 0.5347 shares of Media 100 common stock for each share of Digital Origin common stock.
Digital Origin will operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary headquartered in Mountain View, California.
