Richfx Acquires Blue Rock Giftmail Service
RichFX (http://www.richfx.com) previously known as WebGlide, said it has acquired Blue Rock Inc., an Atlanta-based gift personalization company.

RichFX CEO Tal Kerret said, "RichFX is very excited to be joining with the outstanding team of professionals at Blue Rock, who have built strong relationships with some of America's leading retailers and developed an innovative new service for e-commerce sites. Adding this retail expertise and the giftmail service to the RichFX technology for creating immersive retail environments is a powerful marketplace combination."
RichFX was founded in Israel - where it currently employs 75 employees in Tel Aviv and has corporate offices in New York and Atlanta.
RichFX co-founder Tal Kerret serves as CEO of the combined company, and RichFX co-founder Tomer Ben-Kiki serves as President.
