Now on Streaming Media TV: C-Level Grill With Wowza CEO David Stubenvoll

I asked David to discuss various topics as he is uniquely qualified with the business acumen and enterprise expertise that, I believe, gives one the ability to formulate a worthy opinion when it comes to Enterprise streaming and media delivery in general.

He is also an engineer, which makes him keenly aware of what is really going on "behind the scenes," so to speak. (And, as if CEO and engineer weren't enough, he's also a lawyer!)

Wowza Media Systems announced yesterday that more than 1,000 beta customers are using a preview release of its Wowza Media Server 2 Advanced software. That'ss a lot of beta testing going on!

Throughout this interview we explore the mysteries behind the media that streams, David's personal philosophy on the growth and experimentation that is driving the industry and the enigma wrapped in a riddle we call the "Wowza Media System."

The video runs 7 minutes, 55 seconds, and beneath the player window you'll see some cue points to take you right to specific topics David addresses.
