Voting Is Now Open: 2014 Streaming Media Readers' Choice Awards
It's the most prestigious prize in streaming video because it's the only one decided by the people whose opinion matters most: you, the end-users. The day that many have waited for is now here, and voting is open for the 2014 Streaming Media Readers' Choice Awards.
Go to our voting page to see the candidates in 31 categories. We opened nominations in late June, and have been overwhelmed with excellent suggestions. After evaluating the field, we're proud to present the most impressive lineup ever.
We have one change from last year, meant to keep the award process honest and fair. Starting this year, companies will no longer be able to solicit votes from their employees. We don't want large companies to receive an unfair advantage. Also, please note that any companies offering incentives or prizes for voting will be disqualified.
Voting will remain open until October 24. We'll announce the top three vote-getters in each category on October 31. The winners will be announced before the opening day keynote address at the 2014 Streaming Media West conference. Taking place in sunny Huntington Beach, California, the conference will return to the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa. This year's awards are sponsored by Teradek and Akamai.

Thanks for participating -- we literally couldn't do this without you -- and good luck to all the nominees.
