Yuval Fisher, CTO, Targeted Delivery, for Imagine Communications AdTech, is a recognized authority in IP video with more than 20 years of experience in video technology. He is responsible for conceiving, advocating, and architecting major research and development activities focused on video delivery, HTTP streaming technology, and advanced advertising solutions. One of the lead editors of the MPEG-4 Systems specifications, Yuval holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and a master’s in computer science from Cornell University, with multiple patents in video streaming and image processing technologies.
