As the president and CEO of Broadpeak, Jacques Le Mancq drives the strategy and execution of the company to develop and realize the full potential of its leading IP video delivery solutions. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Jacques has led the charge for better QoE and efficient content delivery, as the co-inventor of several patented and Emmy-Award-winning technologies, including multicast ABR. Prior to co-founding Broadpeak, Jacques worked for the Technicolor Connect Division as a Product Line Manager for its video streaming servers product family.
