Accordent Technologies today will debut AMMS Express v3.5, an enterprise video management solution that enables AV professional integrators and resellers to rapidly deploy a centralized online portal for their clients' expanding video-based communications, training and online learning initiatives.
AMMS Express v3.5 is a turnkey solution that delivers sophisticated capabilities for ingesting, securing, managing and tracking all forms of video - regardless of their source - as well as delivering streaming video over multiple or hybrid eCDN or CDN network environments. The system enables AV professional resellers to meet growing demand from organizations, government and educational institutions for cost-effective streaming as an alternative to in-person meetings, point-to-point videoconferencing, or costly outsourced satellite or conferencing services.

Mass Content Ingest - Clients can now ingest file-based content of any format - such as videos created with third-party content creation tools, legacy videos, user generated content, or videoconference archives - into AMMS Express and publish industry-standard videos;
Dynamic Media Viewer - Viewers are able to play back multi-format videos from the AMMS via the Dynamic Media Viewer - a built-in "tracking skin" that gathers detailed metrics to produce the industry's most detailed viewer tracking statistics;
Third-Party CDN and WAN Optimization Support - Optional for clients with eCDN or WAN optimization systems, AMMS Express can be configured with a new software solution that includes out-of-the-box integrations for Blue Coat, Cisco, Riverbed and Microsoft Windows Media Server environments;
Full Content Approval Process - AMMS Express now enables organizations to define approval processes and workflows, including assigning reviewer roles, holding submitted content, notifying approvers of pending content, and an approved content publishing workflow;
Administrative Auditing Reports - Clients in highly regulated industries benefit from new ability to quickly audit any object within the AMMS via a wealth of information, including date, time, first name, last name, username, email address, and executed operations - such as inserting, updating, or renaming content, network profiles or configurations, user passwords or privileges, and much more.
