Concurrent Expands eFactor Content Protection with AuthenTec
Concurrent announced it has teamed with AuthenTec to enable service and content providers to protect their high value content from piracy when consumers view it using Android and Apple iOS tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices.

Concurrent (NASDAQ: CCUR), a global leader in video solutions and media data intelligence announced it has teamed with AuthenTec to enable service and content providers to protect their high value content from piracy when consumers view it using Android and Apple iOS tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices. The collaboration combines AuthenTec’s digital rights management (DRM) technology with Concurrent’s eFactor protection solution in order to provide support for Microsoft’s market-leading PlayReady DRM.
