Discover Video today announced that it was awarded a GSA Contract for its entire product line of on-premises and cloud based video streaming solutions. The GSA contract allows federal, state, and local government agencies to receive the best price on the Discover Video products and services. The new contract (GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 070 contract, GS35F592GA) runs for five years until August 2022, and has three 5-year potential options beyond.
The Discover Video streaming product line is ideally suited for government. Our award winning DEVOS streaming and media management system is being used by the states of Rhode Island and North Dakota for streaming legislative meetings and by the state of Arizona internal video training. In addition, Discover Video is being used by many towns and cities to stream and record town hall and board of education meetings. Lastly, thousands of schools are using DEVOS for secure video morning announcements, IPTV, digital signage, blended learning, and professional development.
“The new GSA Contract will permit many Federal, State, and Local organizations to purchase our innovative video streaming technology”, said Rich Mavrogeanes, CEO Discover Video. “It will allow them to improve communications, enable video based training, and reduce travel costs”.
