Eyepartner Launches Local Record for HD Wave

Eyepartner has released Local Record, a backup recording system, for its HD Wave broadcaster that streams live in HD. With Local Record enabled, the live broadcast is recorded on the broadcasting computer.

Marathon, Florida(20 Jul 2012)

With Local Record, broadcasts are recorded as MP4 files so no transcoding is needed to upload the file. Most popular applications require additional transcoding before the file can uploaded, but not Local Record. Local Record also acts as a transcoder for video cameras. Broadcasters can shoot live streaming video straight from their capture device using the HD Wave and Local Record saves the file as a web-friendly MP4 file ready for immediate upload.

“With Local Record on the HD Wave, broadcasters can have the peace of mind that they will be able to affordably and seamlessly capture their video,” said Tim Green, CEO and President of Eyepartner. “Not only does this help assure broadcasters, but Local Record also conveniently records the videos as MP4 files so no time-consuming or expensive conversion is needed.”
The HD Wave Broadcaster is perfect for broadcasting a wide range of live events for IPTV, including motivational, spiritual, entertainment, engineering, medical and many more. The broadcaster offers the highest quality broadcasting resolution with up to 1080p HD. The application requires nothing more than an off-the-shelf computer and video source or camera, and the user-friendly software makes live streaming easily accessible to businesses.

The HD Wave may be private or white-labeled to an OEM’s brand. Manufacturers of video capture devices, PCs, switches and broadcasting hardware will now be able to package HD broadcasting as a new add-on feature or it can be purchased through virtual white-label storefronts. The checkout process is simple and the installer can be downloaded directly from the virtual store.
