Influxis Launches ‘Influxis Collaboration Service’ (ICS) to Provide Real-Time Collaboration Solutions.

Influxis Collaboration Service (ICS) builds on Adobe’s transitioning LiveCycle Collaboration Service (LCCS) in providing turnkey and custom real-time collaboration solutions.

Valencia, CA(16 Oct 2012)

Influxis, a leading interactive streaming solutions company, announced today that it is launching a new service focusing on real-time collaboration solutions, called Influxis Collaboration Service (ICS). The new service is based on Adobe LiveCycle Collaboration Service (LCCS) code and Influxis, an Adobe technology solution partner, is now offering the service under its own banner to the many organizations with LCCS-based businesses. Adobe will continue to support LCCS in parallel through December 2012 to allow a transition period for customers.

ICS provides all the services that were previously available through LCCS, and now, together with Influxis’ world-class support and streaming expertise, customers have even more comprehensive live collaboration solutions available to them. ICS offers screen-sharing, real-time push messaging, prebuilt modules, multimedia streaming, user management, development and enterprise solutions. Influxis also leverages its worldwide data centers to provide professional hosting solutions for easy deployment, maintenance and scalability.

“For over 10 years we have been a leading hosting provider of real-time web applications and live collaboration, so the opportunity to take over the LCCS service was a natural fit for us and I am happy we are able to help,” said Richard Blakely, Influxis CEO. “We are excited to provide these customers with a new level of support and enhance the technology to meet the latest standards.”

“As the LiveCycle team focuses on our core forms and document services capabilities, we needed to find a safe, secure home for our LCCS customers,” said Dave Welch, Senior Director, LiveCycle, Adobe Systems Incorporated. “We’re delighted to work with Influxis and extend our existing relationship, while helping provide a new business opportunity for them.”

ICS is initially available only through Dedicated Enterprise hosting where customers will have access to their own private network resources. ICS Shared hosting, for those customers interested in a multi-tenant environment, will be available in December 2012.
