Loton, Corp‘s LiveXLive Subsidiary Selects AOL as its Exclusive Live Stream Digital Distribution Partner for Live Digital Experience and Presentation of Rock In Rio
LiveXLive and AOL will digitally broadcast 7 days of prestigious global music festival from Rio to the world

Loton, Corp’s (OTC: LIVX) LiveXLive subsidiary has entered into an agreement with AOL (owned by Verizon (NYSE: VZ)) for the live stream and digital broadcast of Rock in Rio. LiveXLive is granting AOL digital distribution rights for the Rock in Rio festival which takes place from September 18-20, 2015 and September 24-27, 2015 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Viewers can watch the live stream through the AOL video player on LiveXLive.com and on AOL.com. The rights include live performance and highlight clips created from the main stages of one of world’s most prestigious and established music festivals, video on demand access, and LiveXLive’s exclusive behind the scenes halo content directly from Rock in Rio. AOL will enable and distribute a digital broadcast of Rock in Rio showcasing main stage performances by some of the top multi-platinum acts in the world with key promotion across AOL.com at www.aol.com/rockinrio.
The Rock in Rio festival includes featured acts such as Rihanna, Metallica, One Republic, Katy Perry, Queen, Sam Smith, John Legend, Elton John, Rod Stewart and Seal, among others.
