San Diego, CA(10 May 2010)

VMIX, a leading online video platform provider, today announced the release of a comprehensive new set of video analytics and reporting tools designed to help organizations make quicker, better informed decisions about the use of online video in their operations.

The new VMIX Analytics and Reporting suite, to be included standard with the company's online video management platform, introduces distinctive features not found on other platforms and will be rolled out to VMIX clients in mid-May.

"Our purpose in extending our analytics is to enable clients to quickly isolate the data that can answer key questions, giving them the exact reports they need to make smarter, timelier decisions," said VMIX President and CEO Mike Glickenhaus.

"The VMIX platform delivers the richest, most comprehensive raw analytics out there-and with the new tools, clients can now focus on elements critical to their business, collaborating and making decisions confidently in real time. In short, they can put the data to work for their businesses."

CTO and Co-founder of VMIX Greg Kostello outlined aspects of the news analytics suite that he considers unique, including the ability to:

· Track and compare multiple metrics over time in a single graphic or data-table view

· Build highly focused, personalized reports that can be exported and embedded to display dynamic, up-to-the-minute data

· Create custom reporting dashboards on company intranets or any website, allowing stakeholders and partners to see up-to-date video analytics

Kostello stressed that the company's goal in providing visual, flexible options for viewing and sharing metrics is for customers to be able to test ideas, spot viral trends and identify new business opportunities sooner, so they can build user engagement more effectively and optimize their video initiatives.

"These tools give clients exactly what they need to fine-tune advertising strategies, gauge the effectiveness of viewer-driven promotions, and optimize the mix and placement of video on their sites in real time." He went on to add that effective analytics are equally valuable to clients using video for marketing, training and customer-support programs. "Monitoring effectiveness for achieving lead generation, compliance and cost-saving objectives has never been faster or easier."
