The new services will help companies comply with the new 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act, which requires most full-length programming shown on the Internet to include captioning.

Next the video is transcoded, making it compatible with all mobile and desktop platforms. This transcoding also compresses the size of the video file significantly while maintaining its visual quality. The final translated video is delivered promptly to the customer in closed caption format.
