Thursday Night Football on NFL Network and NFL Digital Platforms Draw an Audience of 8 Million Viewers

Thursday Night Football on NFL Network up +6% in HH rating versus season average from 2015

Last night’s Miami Dolphins-Cincinnati Bengals game on NFL Network and NFL Digital platforms delivered a4.76 US HH rating and was watched by an average of 8 million viewers (not including over-the-air stations in Miami and Cincinnati). Won by the Bengals 22-7, the telecast topped last season’s average audience forThursday Night Football (exclusively on NFL Network & NFL Digital) by +6% in TV-only HH rating (4.5) and +6% in TV+Digital viewership (7.6 M).

Presented by Bud Light, the Dolphins-Bengals game is expected to be Thursday’s most-watched program among all shows on cable when final figures are released later today. The first two weeks of Thursday Night Football on NFL Network – also shown on CBS – were both the most watched programs on cable for the night.

Thursday Night Football continues next week on CBS, NFL Network, Twitter, NFL Digital, and CBS Interactive. as QB Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals travel to face the division-rival San Francisco 49ers in an NFC West showdown on October 6 at 8:00 PM ET. The TNF GameDay Presented by KFC pregame show begins at 6:00 PM ET on NFL Network.
