Total Webcasting launches major updates with the release of TAM v3.1, the latest version of its content management system, TAM, Total Asset Manager.

Total Webcasting, which specializes in high-quality live and on-demand webcasts, has released a new version of its cloud-based Content Management System, Total Asset Manager or TAM™. Version 3.1 of TAM™ has expanded upon the interaction between the Webcasting Technician and TAM by delivering a new “Live Control” module, allowing for both control and monitoring of all aspects of the live Webcast. TAM Live Control brings together multiple screens and connections for a single consolidated view on any device.
TAM v3.1’s live control panel is now also available to customers. This new option for customers gives any authorized individual the ability to monitor in real-time all of the metrics related to the Webcast. Instant access to all of these variables is available in a one-screen layout that can be viewed on any device. Stream monitoring, viewer status messaging, viewer participation submissions and geographic statistics are among the features available. Additionally, on-demand reports can be generated and sent with a simple one-click process.
