Tulix New Monetization Options for Live Event Streaming

Tulix has added new features to the company’s already outstanding Live Event Streaming Solution.  Among the enhancements includes additional revenue generation options for content providers.  Whatever monetization models content owners want to deploy, Tulix has them covered. 

Tulix Live Streaming options starts with bringing a high quality mezzanine stream back to the Tulix NOC in Atlanta.  At the Tulix Systems HQ, in a co location / carrier hotel with direct connectivity to the Internet backbone, all stream processing is performed for viewers.  First and foremost, transcoding all required ABR streams along with plus  packaging and wrapping required for the ABR delivery is completed.  Tulix customizes a variety of TV watching experiences via the web, OTT or mobile apps for live or VOD.  Tulix is fully capable of offering Live Event solutions across multiple platforms simultaneously.  Combined with simultaneous web and application development, Tulix is offering its customers geo tagging and rights management across multiple platforms in one easy-to-use back office suite. 

Content provider subscribers can sign up for live events one at a time, a series of events or past events.  Subscribers are able to stream immediately live events or start in a catch-up mode after an event has started.   Also available is the possibility of subscribers to go back and watch a live event they have missed.  These monetization options have been used recently at live music and sporting events customers of Tulix.  The company also offers a variety of analytics to track users and content; all of which is included with the Live Event solution base offer.
