Xstream Appoints Global Chief Sales Officer

Xstream, the premium provider of OTT and TV Everywhere services and vendor of the award winning video management system, Xstream MediaMaker™ has appointed former thePlatform exec, Jan Bertil Dahms, as global Chief Sales Officer to drive growth and further develop and expand the company’s business globally.

Jan Bertil comes to Xstream with 20 years experience and an extensive background in the enterprise software, SaaS, digital media, TV Everywhere and broadcast space. Most recently, Jan Bertil was Sales Director EMEA at thePlatform where he was responsible for expanding business and revenues in Europe. He has also held sales positions at Brightcove and eTracker.

Jan will be based at Xstream’s headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark and will work close with the senior executive on the global growth strategy to set a footprint across all continents and be the leading supplier of OTT and TV Everywhere services to telcos, cable operators, broadcasters/networks and studios. Jan joins Xstream ON February 1st 2015.
