ZiXi Announces $4 Million Investment Round

ZiXi, the leading enabler of broadcast-quality HDTV globally over the cloud, today announced it has secured $4 million via an investment led by Boston-based private investment firm Schooner Capital . Industry veterans Sidney Topol, former chairman and CEO of Scientific Atlanta, and Maurice "Reese" Schonfeld, co-founder and first chief executive of CNN and the founder and former president of Food Network, invested alongside Schooner Capital.
